1. Information We Collect

When prospective enterprise customers interact with Apex Technologies platforms, we may collect business contact information (name, institutional affiliation, business email address). In demonstration mode, all submissions are captured strictly into local simulation audit files without external transmission.

2. Security of Computational Workloads

Apex Technologies employs strict role-based access control (RBAC), end-to-end payload encryption using AES-256-GCM, and mutual TLS on all internal API conduits. Internal employee identities (such as systems engineers) are subjected to strict least-privilege boundaries preventing unauthorized access to restricted board or partner data.

3. Synthetic Identity Governance

All personnel records, payroll ledgers, and secret tokens in this demonstration environment are 100% fictional. No actual BioPrime or third-party proprietary data is stored or processed.
